TP Documents
Under the Market Code the CMA issues documents on behalf of the Technical Panel (TP).
- Future meeting dates up to June 2011
- Market Code Change Proposal (MCCP) pro-forma for Market Code and CSD changes
- Operational Code Change Proposal (OCCP) pro-forma for Operational Code changes
- Information about previous meetings is accessible from menu on the left of this screen.
The change proposals are published within the Market Documents pages
Technical Panel meetings occur bi-monthly; the process for administering Technical Panel business is set out below:
- Approx 15 Business Days before the meeting the TP Secretary will issue a reminder of the latest submission date for change proposals to TP Members;
- TP Members must send change proposals to the TP Secretary at least 10 Business Days before the meeting;
- The agenda and associated papers are issued 5 Business Days before the meeting;
- After the meeting a draft minute is circulated requesting comments;
- Comments are consolidated and an unapproved working minute is issued;
- The minute is discussed and approved at the next TP meeting. and finally
- The approved minutesare published on the CMA website
